Hello Everyone! Happy Wednesday!
This post is a quick and short review for the Slim Design Night anti-cellulite cream that I have had the chance to try lately. As I always, my disclaimer is that this product was sent to for the sole purpose of trying and reviewing. All opinions in this post are my own and as honest as possible.
When I was approached about this product, I thought that it would be the perfect cream for me to try especially given that I am in the process of getting my VSG surgery. Here are some Important facts about this cream: it claims to fight stubborn cellulite, intense nighttime slimming, smoothe dimples, and provide intense nourishment. The main ingredients are caffeine – which eliminates fat; ivy -which detoxify tissues; salacia – which de-structure connective tissue; safflower oil – which hydrate and nourish the skin.
This cream has a light, non-greasy, creamy consistency and smells really good. It is made in Paris and is available here in Canada at Shoppers Drugs Mart. The cost for this cream is $60 CAD, which in my opinion, is expensive based on the fact that I am on a budget and there are many cheaper options on the market. However, I prefer this cream because of the main ingredients in it. Spending $60 on a 200ml bottle of anti-cellulite cream is justifiable.
So now the million dollar question is; does it work? I have tried this cream for about a good month now and the only thing I have noticed so far is that the skin on my inner and outer thighs is much firmer than it was before. As for my cellulites, I am not too sure because I am not too worried about them, my main interest in this cream is its firming ability, given that loose skin is one of my concerns especially after I have the surgery.
Do I recommend it? I am on the fence with this one. The price is a little steep, but the list of ingredients is great.
That is it for this post. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Until next time!!!
